Photo-first requests
Tenants attach photos or a short video. You see the problem before anyone visits.
Repair Requests · The pink duplex
Tenants raise a repair from a link with a photo and a line of text. You assign your plumber or electrician, they see the address and the photo, and close the job with a proof photo and the cost. The bill lands in the unit's expenses.
Inside Repair Requests
Tenants attach photos or a short video. You see the problem before anyone visits.
Keep your trusted plumber, electrician, carpenter and painter with their rates and areas.
Raised, assigned, visited, fixed. Each step time-stamped and visible to you and the tenant.
Vendors close the job with an after photo, so you know the work was actually done.
Record the bill and mark it as owner cost or tenant cost, as your agreement says.
Every past repair per unit, useful when the same geyser fails for the third time.
How it runs
Day 0
A photo and one line: kitchen tap leaking.
Day 0
Pick a vendor. They get the address, photo and tenant contact.
Day 1
Vendor uploads an after photo and the bill.
Month end
The cost appears against the unit in Owner Statements.
For owners abroad
Set a limit, for example anything under ₹1,000 can be assigned without asking you. Bigger jobs wait for your approval with the photo and quote attached.
Fair to tenants
The tenant's link shows when the request was seen, who is coming and when it was closed. Fewer follow-up calls, and a record if a repair is ever disputed.
Questions
No. Vendors receive a job link with the address and photos, and close the job from the same link.
Repairs are assigned to vendors you add. We do not run a vendor marketplace, so you keep working with people you trust.
Tenants can mark a request urgent, for example a water leak or power failure. Urgent requests notify you and your manager immediately.
