Tenant payments settle directly to the owner's bank account. We never hold rent or deposits.
Every payout lists the gateway charge on its own line, so your plan price is never blurred with it.
Your invoice counts units on the first of the month. Units added mid-month are billed from the next cycle.
Questions
Anything you let separately: a flat, an independent house, a room let on its own agreement, a shop or an office. A building with four flats is four units.
Yes, units in your Property List are billed whether let or vacant, because their documents, expenses and listings are still managed. You can archive a unit you have sold.
No. Gateway charges depend on the payment method and are set by the gateway. They are shown separately on every payout, never mixed into your plan.
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. If you move down to Studio, records above the Studio limit stay readable and exportable.
Plans are listed in US dollars. Invoices for customers in India can be raised in rupees at the prevailing rate, with GST as applicable.
