Rent suggestions are estimates with reasons. Owners set rents within the agreement and the law.
We do not screen tenants by religion, caste, gender, food habits or other personal characteristics, and we do not support discriminatory listings.
Tenant ID documents are encrypted and visible only to the owner or an authorised manager.
Rent and deposits go directly to the owner's account. We record them; we do not hold them.
Owner and tenant data is used only to run the service. It is never sold or rented to anyone.
